just dont assume things....

first day of afternoon shift since my attachment.. was HAPPY cause i get to wake up at 10am.. though in the midst of it there's some NOISE POLLUTION from mom and dad.. but overall, i did sleep quite a lot.. meet Suhaini at bus interchange at 11.45 but i was a bit LATE.. just too relutant to go to work.. and i'm stuck in front of the tv set.. took 851 as usual.. but dont know why.. the bus was really packed and it seems like every stop there's people boarding and alighting.. was kind of LATE.. we reached the ward exactly 15minutes before 1pm..

signed in and started to work.. took report from 2pm onwards.. first was central report by Brother Julian.. he's just NICE and FUNNY!^-^ then was individual team report.. only managed finish taking the report at 3.15pm.. my GOODNESS! then we did changing.. was HAPPY cause the AN isnt in the same shift as ME! hahaz! working with another Senior Staff Nurse (SSN) and Senior Assistant Nurse (SAN) today.. SSN is Meiling and for SAN, i cant remember her name.. BUT she's a malay nurse.. then Xiong Yun is taking case for my cubicle also..

well.. i worked well with Ashiqa today.. helping each other with the changing, parameters and feeding.. went for break at 4pm with Ashiqa, Davinder and Suhaini.. was having FUN during our makan session.. we had lots of JOKES.. and after which.. from 5pm onwards.. i worked NON-STOP till 9pm when i knocked off.. did changing many times.. cause my Ah ma's dirtied the bed, soil the diaper.. and was in the aroma therapy for dont know how long.. and... i just dont know why.. i got a TERRIBLE HEADACHE.. and i got NO CHOICE but to put on MASK.. if not, think i will VOMIT in front of the patients..

did my first intial practice for admitting patient too.. almost die.. i was just so SCARED that i will make mistakes.. BUT, luckily, Xiong Yun was there to help me.. Thanks a lot girl!^-^ went home and was grumbling to mom that i am VERY TIRED! and my ULCER and HEADACHE are KILLING me! not INSTANT but SLOWLY.. and told her about the aroma therapy.. this term was used by Joyce to describe the smell of it.. lolx! luckily none of my patients are constipated.. if not, if the doctor were to order fleet enema.. it will be WORSE! i'm just too TIRED.. i cant imagine that afternoon can be that OCCUPIED.. just dont assume......... afternoon shift tomorrow again.. it's FRIDAY tomorrow! woohoo!~
